June 2013 – “Tiny Tea Party”

On June 23rd 2013, Longview Bed and Breakfast in Great Walsingham, Norfolk, generously opened their doors and their hearts to host a “Tiny Tea Party” in honour of Olivia and to raise money for Make-A-Wish Foundation of Canada. With a goal of $1000, the hosts Pat and Bill Tutte corralled family, friends, and local businesses to help pull it all together.

Over 70 attendees experienced the fine British weather (storm clouds and torrential downpours) but still managed to enjoy tea, cakes, plant and craft stalls, as well as a raffle.

Everyone had a marvellous time, with plenty of tears and laughter along the way. At final tally, they had raised £1006.50 / $1500 which is gladly accepted with thanks by Make-A-Wish Foundation of Canada.

We couldn’t be more proud!
